June Mullaney Mader, Ph.D., ACC has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry which has spanned roles from team leader to global VP. She has led large organizations (100-250 staff) and numerous cross-functional, global matrix teams in the R&D and Manufacturing/Operations business areas.

As a professionally-certified coach and consultant focused on people, process, and productivity, June develops and delivers customized solutions for her clients.  Her strong track record in conceptualizing, building, and optimizing teams and organizations is characterized by her expertise in leadership develeopment and change management.  Having been involved in several mergers, acquisitions, and large-scale re-engineering projects, she is adept in meeting business objectives while focusing on the human elements.  June's relevant experience provides an invaluable perspective to the challenges facing leaders and teams today.

June received her BA with Honors in Chemistry from Colgate University and a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from Duke University. Her successful career has been profiled in Working Mother magazine’s “trailblazers” series, “Watch the Stars”. June’s passion for catalyzing the development of individual, team, and organizational potential is supported by certifications in Coaching and Lean Sigma.
