June Mullaney Mader, Ph.D.

June Mullaney Mader, Ph.D., has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry which has spanned roles from team leader to global VP. She has lead large line organizations (100-250 staff) and numerous cross-functional, global matrix teams in both the R&D and Commercial/Operations sides of the business.

June’s strong track record in conceptualizing, building, and optimizing organizations is characterized by her expertise in strategic planning, change management, and operati onal effectiveness. Having been involved in several mergers, acquisitions, and large-scale re-engineering projects, she is adept in delivering the financial targets of a business case as well driving the focus on the human elements related to selection, appointment, development and retention of talent to achieve the desired outcome. June’s relevant experience of delivering process improvement, measurable productivity gains, and increased staff engagement provides an invaluable perspective of the challenges facing leaders and teams today.

June received her BA with Honors in Chemistry from Colgate University and a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from Duke University. Her successful career has been profiled in Working Mother magazine’s “trailblazers” series, “Watch the Stars”. June’s passion for catalyzing the development of individual and organizational potential is supported by certifications in Coaching and Lean Sigma.
