Build the Partnership

We have developed an in-depth process to build a strong partnership between 2 (or more) internal groups or between 2 organizations working on a joint project.  This is not a one-day, get-to-know-each-other workshop—this is a planned process to build a strong partnership in order to achieve the joint project goal.

Our belief:  Given the right tools, teams are best situated to solve their own dilemmas/problems.  We teach teams to:

  • be clear on the strategy, goal, objectives, roles and rules
  • create and build upon ideas
  • find the real cause—and the right solution
  • evaluate options and make a decision
  • develop and track the plan
  • work lean, not mean
