At GOFORWARD we are strong advocates of training and development – employees at all levels (and we do mean all) can benefit from effective, engaging and productive work sessions. While it is extremely beneficial to work for an organization with a strong Organizational Development ethic (and the resources to provide training) – you must also be accountable for your own knowledge and skill building. You can do this in mini-bursts of development – when you simply don’t have the time or resources to attend a highly focused workshop. Virtual development is an excellent training resource – there are several credible associations that produce top of the line webcasts. The sessions are timely, informative and can be viewed live or as a rebroadcast - providing greater flexibility.
