- Take the time and make the effort to assess what is happening in the organization, in the team, in your own individual leadership approach.
- Build on your strengths! If you focus ONLY on your weaknesses, your headed for "average" - who wants that?
- Figure out what your weaker areas are - and make up your mind to address one or two at a time. Don't try to do everything at once!
